Welcome to your Gold Coast Retreat, where you will experience tranquillity and relaxation with this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom two bathroom entertainer which is nestled in a friendly tree lined neighbourhood with huge parks only a minute stroll away with magnificent walking trails, basket ball courts, free BBQ facilities, beautifully appointed play equipment for the kids and a public bus that you can access. You wouldn't even need to take your car if you choose.

This holiday home is just a short 5 minute drive to the heart of everything the Gold Coast is famous for, the magnificent world renowned patrolled Surfers Paradise Beach and shopping/dining precinct as well as Broad Beach which is loved by the locals for its restaurants, shopping and beach which is also patrolled by our famous Surf Life Savers. We are five minutes from Southport and the fabulously fun Sea World Theme Park.

This holiday house is perfectly central to all the other attractions, a twenty minute drive will have you to all the Gold Coast is famous for such as Movie World, Dream World, Wet n Wild, The Outback Spectacular and Currumbin Wild Life Sanctuary. There is Sanctuary Cove where you can dine at one of the Internationally renowned restaurants or walk around the marina sightseeing all the amazing yachts that sail in regularly or just five minutes away from your perfectly central holiday home will bring you to the Marina Mirage where you can delight in the super yachts, feed the fish, take a cruise through the canals or over to Stradbroke Island, go whale watching, helicopter rides or just dine in style at one of the classy restaurants or on a budget.

Your holiday retreat is also centrally located for an easy drive up to Tambourine Mountain and the beautiful hinterland where you can stroll the huge array of walking trails, quaint little boutique shops, wine trails and vine yards, natural rainforests and water falls as well as enjoy the magnificent views of the wonderful Gold Coast scenery with its rich beaches and water canals snaking into the surrounding landscape.

The Gold Coast Coolangatta International Airport is around 30 minutes away and Brisbane International Airport 50 minutes, both have airport bus shuttles that can bring you right to your front door or you can obtain hire cars at both locations.

This centrally located family holiday retreat is perfectly presented with an outdoor BBQ area, large grassed play area's with trampoline and play equipment with swings for the kids to be entertained, while everyone else sits back and enjoys a BBQ under the cover of the native trees often visited by the local Lorikeet Parrots.

The bedroom configuration is :-
- two Queen sized bedrooms (one with ensuite)
- One bedroom with a set of single bunk beds and trundle bed
- One bedroom with two king single beds (can be pushed together to make a Queen bed)
- Extra bedding is available with 2 folding single beds and two double sofa beds in the living room if required.
- A Porta Cot and high chair is available too.

NOTE:

- Strictly no party policy - this is a quiet friendly neighbourhood and must be respected as such.
- No Smoking inside
- Play equipment and trampoline are for kids only. weight restrictions apply.
- All pets require a $35 per per night rate and $100 cleaning fee. (Pets must be approved prior to stay with owners)
