Built in 2020, our forever home sits on the Gainsborough Greens Golf Course with uninterrupted views of the course immediately behind our property.

Our neighbourhood is a private ungated estate, with a 24 hour security guard, 3 resort style and lap pools, tennis court, basket ball court and gym available for your use. The largest resort-style pool and tennis court is located in front of our property - about a 100m walk through the park/playground just outside the front door.

Our home features a double garage, mud room/laundry, open plan living room/dining/kitchen and bathroom downstairs, and 4 large bedrooms, family/tv room, and main bathroom upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring stunning views of the golf course and large ensuite.

Our home also features smart capabilities, including voice activated music (Amazon Echo devices) in the living and family rooms, and master bedrooms (they are mounted in the ceiling - enjoy music by simply asking “Alexa” to play it for you!

Ducted air/heating, vaulted ceilings in the stairwell, vaulted cielings in the living area, and large trampoline are some other features that make our house the perfect retreat and family
