This is a large holiday home, 278 meters squared inside, excluding carport and bar and pergola areas, that will accommodate up to fourteen people and is fully self contained with good quality facilities for you to enjoy including a stylish bar room with a large outdoor pergola entertainment area, swimming pool, and a heated spa bath beside the pool. Duct-ed heating and air conditioning throughout the house for those hot summer times. Ceiling fans in every room and the bar and pergola. Mood dimmer lights throughout the house and in the bar and pergola.

There is an 8 foot by 4 foot slate pool table and leather sofas and chairs. There are five tv's throughout including a 50 inch lounge room tv, 50 inch one in the bar room, 40 inch kitchen tv, 40 inch front bedroom tv and a 32 inch one in the master bedroom. The living room, kitchen and bar room ones are smart tv's and are connected to the internet and have free Netflix and other app programs. The living room and bar room ones have Foxtel. There is a blue ray DVD player with a home theater system. In the bar room there is also a DVD player and sound system.

Set on top of a small hill that allows for open and tree lined views which surround the homes spacious outdoor entertainment areas. A one hundred meter walk to the large tree lined park, which is about the size of three or four football ovals, with a pergola and free gas barbecue beside the pond and lots of open space for running and playing sport.

There are six bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with a spa bath and a walk in robe. Three bedrooms with queen size beds. One bedroom with two double bunks and single bunk beds on top and also one roll out single trundle bed. One bedroom with a double leather sofa bed or second private living room. Two porta-cots also available. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and drawers.

There are lots of spaces to relax in. There is an eight seat dining room table. Five seat living room sofa. Ten seat bar table. Three stools around the pool table. Four seat kitchen table and a four seat kitchen servery. Four seat table in front courtyard garden. Three seat sofa beside BBQ. Three seat sofa beside outdoor spa and six poolside deck beds. One double sofa bed in private living room or use as the sixth bedroom.

The hobby shed adjoins the back yard pergola and there is lots of open space around the pool and in the private front courtyard garden with a kids cubby house. The carport is a two car carport. Child safe with dead locks on all house doors.

The swimming pool is 9 meters long with an average width of five meters and is solar heated. The pool's water feature has three water blade fountains and a colorful light is in the water for night time swimming. As well as the heated spa bath beside the pool, the pool also has in it a sitting area with four bubble jets. The heated pool spa is shaded with a very large umbrella. There is a family sized barbecue under the pergola entertainment area.

Conveniently located a ten minute walk through the park or a 2 minute drive to the local Easy T Shopping Center which will cater for most of your shopping needs. Approximately thirty five shops including foreign cuisine restaurants and cafes, supermarket, chemist, bakery, news agency, dry cleaners, hairdresser, doctors, 24/7 convenience store and take away food shops. Also another 24/7 convenience store and petrol station is a five minute walk.
Four minute drive to Gold Coasts largest shopping center, The Robina Town Center.
Twelve minute drive to Burleigh Heads Beach.
Approximately twenty minute drive to Surfers Paradise Beach,
casino and the theme parks.
Twenty minute drive to Gold Coast Airport.
One hour drive to Brisbane Airport.

A twenty five percent deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due fourteen days before check in date.
