This property is very private from the neighbours, enjoy the large family pool and open living area. There is a bowling club just over the road and up a lane where you can play barefoot bowls and enjoy the occasional night market with food trucks and shopping.

Great value for money! Superb choice for family getaways, weekend golfing tours, shopping at Pacific Fair, gambling at Jupiter's Casino and exploring the great variety of Gold Coast beaches, cafes and bars.

At the end of the street (one block up) is a large well stocked Spa convenience store. Around the corner there's a myriad of cafes and bars.

There is a backyard to kick a ball around, and the kitchen is well set up with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. An open plan living area with air con. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The separated breezeway main bedroom and lounge area also has air con.

Local dining and nightlife favourites include Bonita Bonita, Itoshin, Easy Street Diner, Hideaway, Miami Marketa and more!

Bedding Configuration:
A breezeway runs through the middle of the house - on one side there is:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 2 king singles (sleeps 2)
On the other side of the breezeway: -
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with single top bunk (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds and lounge area (sleeps 4)

All up, there are 3 bathrooms, 8 separate beds and one sofa bed.

If you require any baby equipment, we recommend Baby By the Beach Hire, located conveniently on the Gold Coast.

How to get around?
Very short walk to the Gold Coast bus The 700 bus offers direct transportation services to Coolangata, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station. where the light rail GLink tram is located to take you to Surfers Paradise and Southport.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any trip cancellations you may have.
