Close to public transport - the tram is a 10 minute walk and the beach is a 25 minute walk. Broadbeach has plenty of free parking, free Bbq's, picnic tables and playgrounds all along the boardwalk in Broadbeach.

We are professional holiday home owners who are also members of the Holiday Owners Group on the Gold Coast. Our Pools are certified for safety and we have Fire exit plans in every holiday home.
We give outstanding service - with no office hours - from your initial enquiry through to the end of your stay with us. In brief - we care!

This is a Non Smoking Property (smoking outside only) and is not suitable for Young Groups of singles, any type of Functions, Re-unions, Weddings, SCHOOLIES or Parties due to the peaceful residential location in Broadbeach Waters. Visitors using the properties facilities may be billed for.

Pricing is based on the number of guests staying. Please inquire and we look forward to having you stay.

When booking via this site you will also be ask by us the owners and property managers to complete our Guest registration form - this is a request from the Gold Coast City Council that we know who is staying in our properties in case of a fire or flooding etc. We also ask for a refundable bond of between $500 and 1000, which is processed a few days prior to your arrival and returned within 3 days of your departure.
