Relax and rejuvenate at our fully air-conditioned Farm Stay, The Bluff.
Our farmhouse offers guests a well appointed, fully reverse cycle air-conditioned, comfortable, clean and modern design that allows our guests to relax in style. For those who need internet access, the property is connected to Star Link.
The farmhouse, built in 2017 is a modern architecturally designed 4 bedroom house that maximise the views and utilises any prevailing air breezes to cool itself. All rooms are appointed to the highest standard.
The main kitchen, dining and lounge are open plan, offering a well appointed kitchen, walk in pantry and a Nespresso coffee unit and tea bench. Nespresso Vertuo coffee pods and a variety of different teas are also provided for our guests to use with our compliments. This area offers reverse cycle air-conditioning for our guests comfort.
All bedrooms rooms have individual reverse cycle air-conditioning, which means the rooms can be adjusted to suit the specific needs of the guests. All bedrooms are well appointed and the main bedroom, (Room 1) has a writing desk, bookcase, an ensuite, walk in robe and separate veranda.
Two of the other bedrooms, (Rooms 3 and 4) offer a built in and a walk in robe respectively. Room 4 also had a writing desk and both rooms have screened sliding door access to the veranda with views to the south.
The fourth room, (Room 4) offers views to the north and the room has a small wall mounted television, writing desk and walk in robe.
The central part of the house, the under roof alfresco enclosure is well appointed with an 8 burner BBQ, bench with sink, dining table, lounge and tv. This space offers our guests the opportunity to relax and read, watch tv, or to entertain family and guests.
The two bathrooms are modern, clean and well appointed with good sized showers, each with a toilet and basin and associated cabinetry. Each bathroom comes equipped with a hand held hair dryer for your convenience.
As well, the house offers a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and sorting bench for those who may wish to launder during longer stays. Washing detergent is supplied for your convenience.
