This is a 1980’s Spanish style house of 237 square meters with a private swimming pool and Jetty. The Capri on Via Roma shopping center is just 10 minuets away, and wandering down in 20 minuets to the charming Surfers Paradise golden beach. The Gold Link Light Rail linking Griffith University, Southport and Broadbeach is a short stroll from the house.

This single level house would fit young kids and some people who find it hard go up and down staircases. The specious living area is fully air- conditioned with ceiling fans, is child friendly, well equipped, a spa bath and is comfortable a quiet environment. The lovely house has consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It can accommodate up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults).

The Luxury holiday home also has a large dining table area and bar stools perfect for social gatherings adjacent to the extensively equipped kitchen ready to cook up a storm. A quality outdoor BBQ offers great alfresco dining. It is very convenient to use a fully equipped laundry facility with brand new capacity washing and drying machines. A large swimming pool with child safety fencing is perfectly northwest facing to capture the warmth of the sun, with a sitting area. Two entertainment areas with TVs and DVDs. And enclosed garage can park 2 cars as well as additional parking for up to 4 cars.

BOOKING INFORMATION
- In accordance with the Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and the Holiday Rental Code of Conduct, this house has strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTION policy.
- The Waterfront Holiday Home is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbors we request all guests keep QUITE TIME from 9pm to 8am.
- We cater to family groups, couples, corporation guests and friends wishing to holiday together.
- We DO NOT accept booking from schoolies.
- Minimum stay in 3 nights.
- TARIFF based on 8 adults up to maximum of 12 guests, adults and children. Over the 8th guest, each additional guest would be charged $50 per person per night.
- TRIFF includes a 10% GST & 10% commission for
- A housekeeping fee of $320 is applicable to easy stay.
- Non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 14 days before your stay.
- Photo of ID/ Driving Licence will be taken up on check-in time as well as the Refundable Damage Deposit of $600 is also required.
- You will be personally greeted upon your arrival and given a tour through the house and available facilities.
- We receive booking enquiries up to 28/2/2019 in advance.
