Noise
. Due to the central location, some environmental and nearby construction noise from the surrounding area may be noticeable. Please also note that the ongoing construction may partially obstruct some of the views from the balcony.

. If the TV is a smart TV, guests may use their own streaming accounts. We do not provide streaming services or technical support for TV or internet connectivity

Condition
. As the apartment is regularly used, some areas may show minor signs of wear but remain fully functional

Room allocation
. During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, relocation to a similar apartment may occur

Nature and Pest Control:
Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

. Starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approximately 3 days) are provided, along with instant coffee and tea bags
