Our cozy self contained apartment is situated in a residential area in Southport. This tastefully furnished & private 'home from home' has everything you need for a relaxed enjoyable stay on the Gold Coast. Owners reside upstairs & are available to offer any assistance required to ensure your stay is memorable.
The comfortably furnished apartment has a good sized living/dining area, Apple TV, Netflix and wi-fi.
The queen sized bedroom, sleeps two and has en-suite. Reverse cycle air conditioning services the entire apartment.
The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, toaster, hot plate, microwave, a small oven/grill. All pots pans etc are provided. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided along with a basic continental breakfast to get you going. A deep freezer is located in the laundry purely for guest use . We keep ice in this freezer for guests.
There is a fully functional separate Laundry with washer/dryer, ironing board, iron and washing powder.
Check in is from 2pm onwards and guests will be sent a key safe number to self check-in. The apartment has its own private entrance and NO shared spaces.
There is plenty of on street parking on our quiet road.
There are two resident cats on the property.
For the consideration of all our guests the apartment is a smoke free environment. Please be energy conscious and mindful of excessive water use, switching off the air con when leaving the apartment and for security reasons we do not allow visitors to the apartment without prior knowledge .

Cancellation policy - Travellers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
