Cooly Edge is a bright and modern one bedroom unit, located in the heart of Coolangatta.

The unit has been fully renovated throughout and offers a stylish and comfortable getaway for you and your furry friend.

The open plan lounge and dining is comfortably furnished and features smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to cook and entertain.

There is one bedroom with a luxurious king bed and built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washer dryer.

Cooly Edge has been beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished with modern coastal influences. The unit is suitable for one small dog only, however, please note that there is no balcony or private yard areas and your dog must be taken on a lead through common area.

Cooly Edge is ideally located in the heart of Coolangatta and is only a short stroll to Coolangatta and Kirra beaches, Kirra Point lookout and all the cafes, restaurants, pubs and stores Coolangatta has to offer.

There is off street parking for one car. When accessing from Garrick St, unit 4 is located on the first floor (walk up). When accessing from the carpark, there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit.

KEYS
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta.

LINEN - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.
