Recently renovated fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, natural light in the living room, relax and enjoy the books and games supplied, including an electronic dart board, or sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine and take in the views. Bedding accommodates 6 people with a queen bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Please let us know if you require the sofa bed prior to your arrival. Lock up garage under apartment room for 1 car.

Kirra Hill in Coolangatta is the place to be when staying here. You overlook the entire town and can see how the surf looks on every surfable beach from one spot. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from as well as walking distance to all amenities and supermarkets.

If you arrive at Coolangatta airport, the airport is only a short 3km drive to the apartment. Taxis and Ubers are also available. To book an Uber, you will need to download the Uber app on your mobile device and create an account.

The apartment is located on Kirra Hill overlooking Kirra Beach. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within 5 mins walk. Direct access from the front of the building takes you straight to the beach.

Age Requirement: Min Age to book is 25 years old and above

The garage contains a 3x3 pop-up beach shade, esky, blow-up beach floats and beach chairs, all free to use for guests. Please note the balcony is not fully enclosed. Please supervise your children when they are on the balcony. Single car garage is tight, would suit small to medium cars only.

Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
