INTRODUCTION The Chevron Renaissance is only managed by MANTRA. However, there are Mantra signs everywhere. The complex has THREE “Sky Towers” SKYTOWER 1- Ground Floor is the main Reception SKYTOWER 2- Level 1 is where Apartment 2011 is located
2.TRANSPORT OPTIONS If you are arriving on to the Gold Coast from (Coolangatta Airport) and not picking up a car, the airport is 26 kms to the apartment, an economical way to get there is by SkyBus www.skybus.com.au/gold-coast-airport-shuttle/fares/
Or if you are arriving to the Gold Coast from (Brisbane Airport) and not picking up a car, the airport is 85 kms to the apartment, an economical way to get there is by Con-x-ion www.con-x-ion.com/Bookings/Airport-Transfers
3. CHECK-IN IS 3PM Please do not try to access the apartment before 3pm. Early Check-In is best served by booking the night prior

Vehicles over 2.1 Meters- You will need to report to Security (Located In Tower 3, opposite the Reception Desks and they will provide you access to an extra height space)
5. SELF CHECK-IN 1.Drive to Surfers Paradise
2.Drive into Coles Surfers Paradise Car Park and Park (Its 2 hours parking for free)
3. Go up one floor to Coles. In front of Coles is a News Agent - News Xpress. Show the ID (Drivers Lic) of the Air BnB Account Holder and you will receive..... •2 X KEYS PLUS 2 FOBs (The FOB Provides access to the Building & the Key opens the Apartment door
4. Go back to your car, drive out of Coles Car Park. Use the far LEFT LANE, turn hard left into Elkhorn Ave and a the traffic lights turn hard left again.
5. Only a few meters from the traffic lights turn into the lane way that takes you to the Chevron Renaissance Car Park entry. (FOR PICS SHOWING THE ENTRY GO TO GUEST RESOURCES CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS)
6. Drive up the car park entry incline & turn left at the internal round about (with a fountain in the middle of it)
7. Drive straight ahead to the big WHITE entry gate to VISITOR PARKING.
8. Use Fob to open gate to Visitor Parking
9. Drive to the back wall (where the bike cage is) and park close to the glass entry sliding doors. (you can only park in VISITOR PARKING FOR 5 HOURS) Please note it is strictly monitored and you will be towed if over 5 hours
10. Unload your luggage and take to the Apartment 2011 which is only 3 meters from the entry door and is on your right hand side
11. MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO YOUR ALLOCATED PARK. INSIDE VISTOR PARKING you will see a brown roller door. Use the FOB to open. Your ALLOCATEDE CAR PARK SPACE 311
6.0 LATE CHECK-INS Monday to Saturdays Check-In from 3PM till 7.30PM. The Xpress News Agency is closes at 7.30pM
7.0 EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS You are best to book the night prior, then you can check-in as early as you want to
8.0 CHECK-OUT IS 10 AM SHARP Cleaners will be there to start the cleaning at 10AM they will enter the apartment
9.0 LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage storage is available in TOWER 3 at the left of RECEPTION DO NOT ASK OR SPEAK TO THE RECEPTION STAFF AS THEY ONLY SERVE MANTRA GUESTS
10.0 PEDESTRIAN-ACCESS STREET ENTRY: Tower 2 can be accessed from Ferny Avenue.This entry provides direct access into the lobby lifts. Take the Lift to Level 1 and access Apartment 2011
11. 0 ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT……..
11.1 FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION (TOWER 3) Take the Foyer/Reception Elevators to Level 3 and walk the Sky Walk hallway to Tower 2. Then take the Elevator down to Level 1 and enter Apartment 2011
11.3 FROM THE ALLOCATED CAR PARK You are on the same Level as the Apartment so simply make you way to the Resort Entry and Apartment 2011 is on your right hand side
12. PARKING:
12.1 ALLOCATED CAR PARK- 24/7. FIRSTLY, enter Visitor Parking – use blue Pad- CODE 6259# INSIDE Visitor Car Parking, drive to the Brown Rolla Door, use the FOB ONLY Key Ring to access. The Car park marked “Apartment 2011 – Car Park number 306
12.2 CHECK-IN PARKING- 30 MINUTES Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About GO left and immediately on your left is 30-minute guest parking
12.3 VISITOR PARKING- 5 HOURS Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About GO left and directly ahead of you in VISITOR PARKING is STRICTLY 5 Hours
12.5 PUBLIC CAR PARK There is only ONE CAR PARK ALLOCATED TO EACH APARTMENT. Additional Car parks can be booked & paid for at www.secureparking.com.au Chevron Renaissance

13. DEPARTURE: 13.1 Pack the Car with ALL your belongings 13.2 DOUBLE CHECK the Apartment so that you don’t leave anything behind 13.3 RETURN........ - BOTH THE FOB/KEY SETS AND - THE CAR PARK FOB (WITH THE YELLOW DOT) TO THE NEWS AGENCY WHERE YOU PICKED THEM UP FROM
13.4 Please leave the Apartment - In a tidy manner as you found it - Ensure that all bins have been emptied - & that all dishes are done and put away PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DEPART BY 10 AM- Sharp
14. BED CONFIGURATION Master Bedroom provides one King size bed 2nd Bedroom provides one Queen size bed 3rd Bedroom provides two single beds The Lounge provides a Sofa Bed (with 4inch mattress) sleeps 2 Maximum number of persons sleeping in the Apartment is EIGHT (8) Upon request we can also provide a Portacot and/or a Highchair

LINEN All beds are triple sheeted with high quality sheets, a Quilt/Doona, a standard pillow & a European Pillow & cushions including the Sofa Bed Each Bathroom has a one Bathmat Each guest has one bath towel The Kitchen has one tea towel The Apartment has a Washing Machine and Dryer for your convenience

17.0 UTILITIES 17.1 Bathroom, there is a main bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity 17.2 The Master Bedroom Ensuite has a vanity, shower and toilet 17.3 Laundry Facilities; Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board 17.4 Kitchen-Has a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster & Kettle etc 17.5 FREE TO AIR TV, & NETFLIX. The TV is connected to the internet, with a Netflix Account installed for your use 17.6 INTERNET- The Username and Password is printed on the Welcome note 17.7 Air Conditioning, the control Panel is on the hallway wall. When you are not in the Apartment please turn it off (If you are cold, use the reverse cycle feature for HEATING
18. RUBBISH: 18.1 There is a small rubbish bin under the sink in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. ADDITIONALLY - There is a Rubbish Bin in a cupboard in the Hallway AND - There is Rubbish Shute beside the cupboard through the glass door AND - There are Rubbish Bins located at the 1st Floor Entry Doors
19. COMPLEX FACILITIES
19.1 OUTDOOR POOL AND SPA- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several Pool areas, one has a sandy beach and as a feature there is a bridge over the pool. At one end of the Pool area there is a large Spa.
19.2 BBQ FACILITIES- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several BBQ Hotplates, located around the outside pools. There are also undercover tables and chairs and a large lounge area
19.3 HEALTH & WELLNESS PAVILION- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 Located on the 6th Floor, as you enter the outside area, TURN RIGHT and follow the path to the building. The Pavilion houses; A VERY large indoor heated indoor Pool Toilets, where you walk through to Separate Men’s and Women Sauna Gym
19.4 CHILDRENS’ PLAYGROUND- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There is a Children’s Playground, the same as you find at McDonalds
19.5 AMUSEMENT CENTRE- TOWER 2, LEVEL 1 The same as a Games Arcade, this room is FULL of different games, all of which take $1 or $2 coins to use. (Racing, Shooting, Dancing, Air Hockey etc)
19.6 PRIVATE MOVIE THEARTE – TOWER 1, LEVEL 1 Just like a commercial movie theatre! It can be booked in 2-hour increments at the main reception. There is a cleaning fee- Booked through SECURITY (Located in Tower 3, Ground opposite the Reception Desks
19.7 COLES SUPERMARKET – TOWER 2, GROUND FLOOR Take the elevator to the ground floor, take the exist at the top of the steps, walk 5 meters along the hallway and to your right is the Coles Supermarket
19.8 PRIVATE GUEST LOUNGE – TOWER 1 GROUND FLOOR An upmarket Guest Lounge is available that seats approximately 25 people as well as a kitchenette. This is a shared Guest facility however can be booked for exclusive use through the Security Office. To access pass your hand over the keypad, press 1234 and again 1234 then # in quick succession.
20. HOUSE RULES- Please!! NO Parties, NO Smoking (INCLUDING THE BALCONY) & NO Pets. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise. Quite Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM.
