This newly-built, very spacious duplex is packed with features. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living areas, there is room for everyone to stay and play in this 275 sqm townhouse. Multi-zone ducted air-conditioning ensures comfort at any time of the year.

LIVING AREAS:
As you walk in you will notice the open planned living and kitchen/dining area. Why not relax on the luxurious leather lounge and have your pick of Netflix, Foxtel, catch up TV, watching a Blu-ray, Android TV Games, or simply pop on some music with the Yamaha Bluetooth Soundbar. Make your way upstairs to the games room which is equipped with a Foosball games table. This games room also has two leather lounges for the kids to have their retreat and watch some Netflix or DVD’s or play some Android TV games.

KITCHEN:
In keeping with the rest of the home the kitchen is also packed with features and offers a variety of quality cooking appliances and utensils, all set beneath the sweeping white quartz bench tops and breakfast bar. It’s all here for you to cook a feast for the whole family. And spacious enough to socialise in the kitchen while it’s happening! For coffee lovers there is also a Dolce Gusto pod machine and coffee plunger.

The master bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed, walk-in robe and luxurious ensuite with large double shower. Complete with a private balcony, why not have a private breakfast for two or simply just enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located down the hall, with a three-way bathroom for convenience. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs with its own ensuite for privacy.

The location of this private duplex is perfect for families or couples who want to be close to everything but access it from a peaceful haven.

If total serenity and relaxation are what you seek, no need for navigators or facing the traffic - you can leave the car in the garage for your whole holiday! A 3-minute walk will see you on the sand at the Paradise Point Parklands at the end of the street, featuring 3 playgrounds, beach volleyball, exercise equipment and an enclosed swimming area for the kids. The vibe is upbeat and friendly, but relaxed.

Across the road from the Parklands, on the beautiful trendy Paradise Point Esplanade, are the restaurants and cafes – the foodies dream! And all an easy stroll from home!

Nearby is access to the Paradise Point boat ramp for some fun on the water, and for a spot of shopping, Harbour Town Shopping Centre is only a 10-minute drive away.

Thrill-seeking and a faster paced holiday are catered to just as well. Conveniently central to all the major theme parks, the kids (and adults) will be entertained for days! Within about a 15-minute radius of the house are Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild, White Water World, and Australian Outback Spectacular. SeaWorld is about 20 minutes away.

The sights and sounds of Surfers Paradise and its beaches are a mere 25-minute drive away.

The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets can be found about 10 minutes away. Alternatively, partake in a round of golf with friends or take a country drive to nearby Mount Tamborine, with its abundance of charm, fascinating activities and natural beauty spots.

Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are about 40-50 minutes away.
