There is plenty of room in the outdoor dining areas either on the balcony upstairs or under the cabana downstairs overlooking the river. You can enjoy a BBQ by the pool while the children play on the fully fenced grassed area by the water.

Prices are based on 14 people however the property can accommodate up to 20 people for additional costs.

✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

10:00pm – Midnight — $100
Midnight – 9am following day — $150

⚠️ A refundable bond of 1000$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.
