Situated in the heart of Broadbeach - known for its relaxed atmosphere, stylish shopping areas and a thriving dining and events neighbourhood, this 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment has been impeccably designed and furnished with only the comfort and relaxation of guests in mind.



It offers a spacious living space with a large screen TV in the lounge area for guest entertainment. It also has a large balcony that offers a captivating view of the ocean and the chic Broadbeach lifestyle.

There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen so guests can whip up their own delicious meals at the comfort of the apartment. There is also an extended dining area in the large balcony to enjoy the perfect sunrise and the captivating sunset.



With a floor to ceiling windows, there is an abundance of natural light to give the unit a very homey and comfy vibe while allowing guests to enjoy the sceneries outside.



In order to maximize guest relaxation and positive experience, only high-quality sheets, linens, pillows and towels are provided for guest to use. We only provide a one time complimentary essential kit of tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and toilet paper.



Guests would have access to the building’s amenities like the pool, sauna, spa, a fully-equipped fitness centre and a steam room. We also provide one free underground parking spot so guests can feel safe that their vehicle is secure.



Given its central location, there is a multitude of restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment all within walking distance from the property and to top it all off, the famous Kurrawara Beach is just a block away. We highly encourage guests to drop by to experience the world-famous surfing spot in Queensland.

Guest access
To provide maximum comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole apartment during their stay.

Guests can also use the pool, sauna, spa, steam room and gym in the building.


Other things to note
- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.

- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. The supermarket is a few minutes away if you run out and need extra things you may need for the rest of your stay.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Luggage storage is not available
- Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Please use the rubbish chute or take the lift to the ground floor, to the side of the building (near the parking area) for access to the large rubbish bins.
