This 2 bedroom unit is basic but comfortable and is right on Tugun Beach by the patrolled flags. It is fully self contained and opens onto a shared patio with the 1 bedroom unit next door. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with built in cupboards.

There is parking for one car in an unsecured garage, a shared laundry and patio at the front to sit and enjoy the ocean view. A walking track runs between the units and the beach. This unit is on the right, downstairs in a small block of three.

It is situated opposite Tugun Surf Club, by playgrounds and a short walk to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is only a short drive to the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport.

Linen IS NOT provided for this property - sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels - but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
