It is a basic unit, but comfortable and is tiled throughout and opens to a covered patio to watch the world go past and enjoy the beach views. It is a downstairs unit, on the left, in a small block of three.

This unit has access to one unsecured garage and a shared laundry.

It is situated opposite the Tugun Surf Club and just a short walk to shops, bakeries, restaurants and public transport. This unit is only a short drive to the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport.

Linen IS NOT provided for this property - sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels - but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
