The neat and tidy unit offers cool tiles throughout and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The open plan living area includes comfortable loungeroom with smart TV and Wi-Fi and dining area to enjoy meals inside. There's also an enclosed patio, which is the perfect spot to read a book in the afternoon sun.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort. The retro pink bathroom offers shower, toilet and laundry facilities including washing machine (no dryer).

Blue Pacific 1 provides off street parking for one car, so you can park the car and explore the local area on foot.

The unit is located in the heart of Tugun with a whole range of cafes, restaurants, shops and conveniences on your doorstop. Tugun beach offers great conditions for swimming and surfing and there's also the Oceanway Path which offers a long, flat and very scenic walk along the coast in either direction.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 12 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
