Cross over Marine Parade and you can escape to the manicured Broadwater Parklands where you can wander along seaside tracks, splash with the kids in the water park or visit the Aquatic Centre with three pools, gym and café.

## Transit
There is one designated parking space for the property located in the building's parking garage so you can easily come and go as you please! Please note the height limit for the parking garage is 2m.
The light rail station is just in front of the building (1-2 minutes walking) providing convenient access to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
Main Beach which is a 10 minute walk. If you’re in the tourist mood Surfers Paradise is an additional 15 minute walk along the beach or easily accessed via Lightrail.
Ride sharing services such as Uber are also readily available.

Facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, and billiards room are located on level 5 and are open daily from 6AM-10PM.

Due to building and council restrictions, the lockbox where you will collect your keys is located 400m from the main entrance. It's just a short walk and we will provide a guide with photos for a seamless check-in experience. However, those with mobility concerns should consider this before booking.
We do accept pets on a case-by-case basis. Please send a booking request with information regarding the type of pet and their temperament. Please note, the property is not suitable for large breed dogs or pets with excessive shedding and/or barking.
