This bright and spacious family home allows for indoor-outdoor living at its best with direct beach access for your stroll down the famous Mermaid Beach. Play volleyball on the beachside court, use the beachside gym equipment or if you prefer to just relax you have the prime position on the balacony to watch the world and whales go by.
Beachfront Escape is not only situated with direct access to Mermaid Beach and across the road from the local surf club and popular coffee shops, also only a short walk from Pacific Fair shopping centre, The Star Casino or the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
Beachfront Escape provides 4 large bedrooms split across 2 floors, 2.5 bathrooms, split cycle air conditioning in all rooms, large indoor/outdoor alfresco living. The swimming pool, sauna, and spa are located on the top floor, providing stunning views of the beach and coastline, with the bonus of a pool table in the basement for added entertainment and a lift for easy access to all floors.
The second floor is designed to take advantage of indoor-outdoor living and the spectacular views. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living spaces is enhanced by the natural light through the expansive windows and doors. These in turn lead out to the alfresco dining and entertaining area, with the stunning beachfront backdrop. Down a small flight of stairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with its ensuite, the 4th bedroom and a laundry.
The third floor houses two additional bedrooms which open into a courtyard balcony and have access to a guest toilet and bathroom on the same level. A small flight of stairs lead to an expansive outdoor rooftop with a kitchenette, sauna, plunge pool, a spa, and ultimate beach views.
Beachfront Escape at Mermaid Beach is child-friendly so no need to worry about the little ones. The pool and spa are all fully fenced to council codes. If not entertained by the pool or the beach, there is the additional bonus of the pool table on the ground floor or put your feet up and enjoy the free Foxtel. We have a porta-cot, high chair, and stroller available for your use at no additional cost. This spectacular property will provide the ultimate beachside holiday on the Gold Coast, leaving you with memories that will last forever.
A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
