There are taxi ranks nearby at Oasis Shopping Centre and Pacific Shopping Centre, and elsewhere, and there are also plenty of Ubers serving the area.
For car rental, Pacific Paradise Rent-a-Car is only a 500m stroll, or they can deliver and collect from the building. Alternatively, go green and use the Mobike bicycle hire. Just download the Mobike app, your phone's GPS will pinpoint all the bikes near you (distinctive orange bicycles), use the app to unlock it, then just leave it wherever you like. It's only $2.50 per 30 mins.
