Surrounded by trees and located right beside a nature reserve. One of the most stunning headlands in Queensland.
Views along Palm Beach through to Burleigh Headland.
Close to amazing cafe's, restaurants, local attractions and the airport and direct access to public transport
The house has an amazing rooftop deck including plunge pool, BBQ, fridge, large outdoor lounge and large table.
The house also offers a front deck to sit on and watch the world walk by which includes an ceiling mounted fan.
There are 3 bedrooms :
Main- King Bed including walk-in-robe and ensuite with shower, also access to front deck and views of the ocean. Has a fan + air conditioned. Smart TV also.
Bedroom 2 queen bed, fan+ air conditioned, Ocean view and large built ins
Bedroom 3 also has a King bed, fan + air conditioned, large built ins, bush reserve outlook.
Main bathroom is heaven on earth and includes large copper rain shower head and large claw foot bath. Sit there and look at the night sky through the louvre windows and skylights whilst you soak in the deep bath.
Kitchen is nothing but perfection, large smeg gas top burner, and electric oven. Large double door fridge including ice maker and filtered water. Also has a coffee machine for Nespresso pods. Some will be provided to start you off.
Large laundry with washer and dryer.
Large outdoor shower at the front door to wash off the sand and refresh before jumping in the plunge pool.
Currumbin is located on the southern Gold Coast just 7 minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport and 30 minutes south from Surfers Paradise. Tugun township is to the south of the property, handy walk to a row of restaurants, including Thai, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese and selection of popular boutique bars. Great little shopping village, catering for all your away from home needs. Palm Beach is north of the property with amazing restaurants and shopping.
Located only 40 minutes from the theme parks of Seaworld, Movieworld & Dreamworld
This house is really not suitable for kids under 8 due to stairs etc or elderly people. Unfortunately the views come with stairs. Once outside its an easy 1 minute walk to the beach or creek.
wifi is included.
Please note that due to the shacks close proximity to the airport there can be at times planes flying over.
Please note also that this is not a party house, we love our neighbourhood and our neighbours so would at all times expect you to respect them, no blocking the access driveways, keep noise down after 9pm, no parties, no loud music, no smoking on the property. This is also a non-pet friendly home.
Any issues with the above you may lose your bond.
SECURITY BOND:
- A $3000 refundable security bond is payable 1 week prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners. Bank account details will be provided upon booking confirmation so that you can pay the security bond prior to check in.
- The security bond may increase depending on the booking requirement/occasion for booking/age group of guests (below 31 years of age are charged a higher security bond).
- This will be refunded within 10 working days of check out subject to a satisfactory conditions report of property and contents by the cleaners and site supervisors.
- We will not accept any bookings without the payment of the security bond prior to check in.
- this home is not suitable for schoolies also.
