The Villa has plenty of room with it's open plan, modern design. The huge living area opens onto the pool and outdoor entertainment area with magic views across the water. The Large Bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a King Bed and built in wardrobes. The stunning bathroom has a walk in shower, quality fixtures and fittings with the laundry cleverly combined. The modern kitchen has everything you could need for entertaining with quality appliances and a huge oven with gas cooktop. The property is air-conditioned and has everything you could possibly need. There is parking for 1 Car in a secured carport and there is also plenty of street parking. It is handy to all amenities, bus stops and light rail and is just a short 10 min stroll from the major shopping center Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino.

La Casetta has a two security cameras; the first is located at the front of the property, with the camera continuously recording the front gate area. The second camera is located at the rear of the property facing the canal, also on continuous recording.

Note: Adults only, no children can be accommodated at this Villa -No party policy - Responsible Respectful Clients Required - No smoking inside - We cannot accept schoolies bookings or group bookings over the schoolies period, we are also unable to automatically accept group bookings who live between Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Christmas and New Year Bookings: If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length. Christmas and New Year Bookings have a 7 night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December - If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Please note, external security cameras are installed at the front and rear of La Casetta for guest safety. The cameras record vision continuously.
