A PERFECT STAY - King Tide

The King Tide is a fully self-contained unit is located on the second floor of an older style block with fantastic views over the ocean.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, with built in robes and portable fans and also has access to the side balcony.

The second & third bedrooms each have two single beds and the second bedroom also has it's own access to the side balcony.

The bathroom is combined with the laundry and has a shower over the bath along with a washing machine & dryer.

The living/dining area has fabulous views of the beach and also has a small balcony to sit and watch the waves.

There is a tv/dvd player and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge & microwave.

This property is located in the heart of Broadbeach and is a few minutes walk to the shops, parks, cafe's, the Kurrawa surf club & restaurants Broadbeach has to offer. There are patrolled beaches across the road and a great walking track for a stroll along the park & beach. Undercover parking for 2 cars however this is one behind the other.

Note: No party policy - Responsible Respectful Clients Required - No smoking inside - TWe cannot accept schoolies bookings or group bookings over the schoolies period, we are also unable to accept group bookings who live between Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Christmas and New Year Bookings: If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length. Christmas, New Year and Easter week Bookings note have a 7-night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December.
