Welcome to our abode

A Mid Century Inspired Coastal Retreat located in the prestigious suburb of Isle of Capri, Surfers Paradise.
A spacious home with all of the amenities you could ask for to make your stay an enjoyable one.
All of the major shopping centres, beaches, attractions & venues are only a few minutes away via walking, light rail or bus.

Our open plan home features a kitchen fitted with European appliances that opens onto an informal dining area with lounge areas on either side, the left one boasts a brand new 50 inch LED 4G Smart T.V. With surround sound. A DVD player and Telstra T.V. and free wifi Is also provided.

There are large 3 brms and a study with the master boasting a walk in wardrobe & ensuite and also overlooks the pool. The second bedroom consists of a double bed with plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom has a king single bed with a single trundle bed that rolls out underneath.

There are ceiling fans throughout the property with air conditioning in both the living areas as well as the master bedroom.
We are a small pet only friendly house and smoking is only allowed outside, well away from open doors and windows.
