Step outside and Burleigh Beach is 140 metres away from one of the Gold Coast's most iconic stretches of sand, directly across the road. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on level 4 sleeps up to nine guests and backs it up with a heated pool, spa, sauna, and tennis court in the building. The cafés, restaurants, and the famous Burleigh Heads rainforest walk are all on your doorstep.
The Space:
Burleigh Heads doesn't need much selling, the position of this apartment does the work before you've even unpacked. From level 4, the ocean sits directly in front of you, and the beach is across the road.
The apartment itself is laid out for groups who want space without compromise. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full living and dining area mean nine guests can share the place without living on top of each other. Split-system air-conditioning keeps the bedrooms comfortable on Queensland's warmer nights, and ceiling fans and sea breezes take care of the rest.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook - dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and all the essentials. The dining table seats the group, and the balcony gives you somewhere else to be when you'd rather eat with a view.
The master bedroom holds a king bed, a proper one, with room around it. Bedroom two has a queen. Bedroom three is set up for younger guests or flexible group travel: a triple bunk (single on top, double below) plus two single beds. All sleeping configurations are confirmed; what you see is what you get.

The Neighborhood:
Burleigh Heads sits at the quieter, more characterful end of the Gold Coast — a suburb that locals fight to stay in and visitors wish they'd discovered sooner.
The beach directly opposite is one of the best on the coast: a long, patrolled stretch with reliable surf, a grassed headland park, and a relaxed crowd that skews local rather than tourist. The Burleigh Heads rainforest walk starts nearby, a short loop through subtropical rainforest that ends with a view worth the effort.
James Street is Burleigh's dining and café spine. Walk it once and you'll understand why people make the trip from elsewhere on the Gold Coast just to eat here. Farmers markets, specialty coffee, wine bars, and some of the region's best casual dining all within easy walking distance. Don't forget to dine at the Burleigh Pavilion.
For bigger shopping runs, Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach dining precinct are a short drive north. Gold Coast Airport is roughly 15 minutes south, making this one of the easiest properties on the coast to get to and from.
Getting Around:
Burleigh Heads is walkable in a way that most of the Gold Coast is not. The beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarket, and rainforest walk are all on foot from the front door.

Construction work is currently underway on the adjoining building. Noise may be present during standard business hours on weekdays. This does not affect the apartment, building amenities, or beach access in any way but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper or planning to work from the property during the day.
