2.0 TRANSPORT OPTIONS If you are arriving into the Gold Coast from (Coolangatta Airport) and not picking up a car, the airport is 26 kms to the apartment, an economical way to get there is by SkyBus www.skybus.com.au/gold-coast-airport-shuttle/fares/

5.0 SELF CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS 5.1 Drive into the Mantra Towers of Chevron Car Park Entry Way At the top of the incline turn left and…… 5.2 Park in the 30-minute Check-in Park
5.3 WALK TO THE BIKE RACK AT THE BACK OF THE VISITOR CAR PARK. On the Bike Rack there is a Red Push Bike and attached is a Lockbox Labelled Level 4. The Lockbox contains 2 X FOB & KEY sets AND a white access card for the Car Park. PIN CODE 0142 (The FOB Provides access to the entire Chevron Renaissance complex and the Key provides access to the Apartment) THE PIN CODE IS 0142 After you have removed the FOB/KEY SETS and CAR PARK CARD please scramble the numbers.
PLEASE DO NOT LOSE THE KEY&FOBS or CAR PARK CARD!! As they are costly to replace and will be at your expense!!!
5.4 WALK BACK TO YOUR VEHICLE
5.5 DRIVE INTO GUEST PARK ENTRY- As depicted in Check-in Instructions (A large brown Roller door) Ensure the White Key Card is prominently displayed on the dashboard as the reader is in the roof.
5.6 Drive up THREE inclines to the 4th Floor Car Park You are now on the 4nd Floor
5.6 Drive straight to the back wall, then turn left. Your car park number is 651.
5.7 Enter the 4th Floor, Resort Foyer and Apartment 2410 is on your left Use the FOB to enter the Foyer and the Key to access the Apartment
6.0 LATE CHECK-INS There is no restriction on Late Check-In
7.0 EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS There are NO EARLY CHECK-INs, if you want to Check-In early you are best to book the night prior

9. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage storage can be access to the left of Reception (Tower 3) DO NOT SPEAK TO THE RECEPTION STAFF they only service MANTRA GUESTS
10.0 PEDESTRIAN-ACCESS
10.1 STREET ENTRY: Tower 2 can be accessed from Ferny Avenue. The main Glass Doors are currently under reconstruction however there is now a single door that is open and doesn’t require a Key or Fob. This entry provides direct access into the lobby lifts. Take the Lift to Level 4 and access Apartment 2410
11.0 ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT……..
11.1 FROM THE SURFERS PARADISE COLES CAR PARK WALK TO THE TOP OF ROWS G & H You will see TWO ELEVATORS & ONE SET OF STAIRS ON YOUR RIGHT (On your left, there is a travellator BUT it only goes down)
TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE GROUND FLOOR- (Where Coles is located) AS YOU EXIT THE ELEVATOR KEEP RIGHT Coles is on your left but, keep RIGHT (Notice ON YOUR LEFT you will pass Massage Chairs
CONTINUE ALONG THE PASSAGEWAY TO THE GLASS DOORS Swipe the FOB TO OPEN the doors, go down the few steps and turn right to the Elevators TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE 4th FLOOR EXIT THE ELEVATOR, TURN RIGHT, follow the hallway to Apartment 2410
11.2 FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION (TOWER 3) Take the Foyer/Reception Elevators to Level 3 and walk the Sky Walk hallway to Tower 2. Then you take the Tower 2 Elevator to Level 4 and enter Apartment 2410
11.3 FROM THE ALLOCATED CAR PARK Take the Elevator to Level 4, exit the lift and turn right and following the hallway to Apartment 2410
12.0 PARKING 12.1 ALLOCATED CAR PARK- 24/7 FIRSTLY, you must already have the WHITE KEY CARD
Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About go left and on your left-hand side is the Roller Door Entry to the Residents Car Park. YOU MUST DISPLAY THE ‘WHITE KEY CARD’ ON YOUR DASHBOARD for the Roller Door to open.
Then drive up three inclines and immediately make a SHARP LEFT turn. Then….Drive straight ahead to the back wall, at the back wall turn left Your allocated Car Park is 651.
12.2 CHECK-IN PARKING- 30 MINUTES Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About GO left and immediately on your left is 30-minute Check-In parking
12.3 VISITOR PARKING- 5 HOURS Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About go left at the Roundabout then straight ahead is the entry to the Visitors Car Park Visitor Parking can only be accessed by when you buzz the Apartment (Press 2410 Bell) and someone in the Apartment responds to the buzzer by pushing the blue button which opens the Visitor Car Park Gate

13.0 DEPARTURE: 13.1 Pack the Car with ALL your belongings 13.2 DOUBLE CHECK the Apartment so that you don’t leave anything behind 13.3 RETURN THE 2 X FOB/KEY SETS and THE WHITE KEY CARD TO THE LOCK BOX 13.4 Please leave the Apartment - In a tidy manner as you found it - Ensure that all bins have been emptied - That all dishes are done and ENSURE THAT YOU DEPART BY 10AM- Sharpe

The TV is connected to the internet, with a Netflix Account installed for your use 17.6 INTERNET- The Username and Password is printed on the Welcome note 17.7 Air Conditioning, the control Panel is on the hallway wall. When you are not in the Apartment please turn it off (If you are cold, use the reverse cycle feature for HEATING
18.0 RUBBISH: 18.1 There is a rubbish bin under the kitchen sink & one in each bathroom. 18.2 In the Apartment hallway there is a cupboard with a rubbish bin inside for recyclable rubbish then beside is a glass door, open the glass door and there is a chute of small bags of rubbish. 18.3 For rubbish larger rubbish items, take them to the 4th Floor and leave them at the entry to the Car Park- this area is cleared each day
19.0 COMPLEX FACILITIES – LEVEL6 Inside of each Elevator is a directory of facilities on each floor
19.1 OUTDOOR POOL AND SPA- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several Pool areas, one has a sandy beach and as a feature there is a bridge over the pool. At one end of the Pool area there is a large Spa.
19.2 BBQ FACILITIES- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several BBQ Hotplates, located around the outside pools. There are also undercover tables and chairs and a large lounge area
19.3 HEALTH & WELLNESS PAVILION- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 Located on the 6th Floor, as you enter the outside area, TURN RIGHT and follow the path to the building. The Pavilion houses; A VERY large indoor heated indoor Pool Toilets, where you walk through to Separate Men’s and Women Sauna Gym
19.4 CHILDREN PLAYGROUND- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There is a Children’s Playground, the same as you find at McDonalds
19.5 AMUSEMENT CENTRE- TOWER 2, LEVEL 1 The same as a Games Arcade, this room is FULL of different games, all of which take $1 coins to use. (Racing, Shooting, Dancing, Air Hockey etc)
19.6 PRIVATE MOVIE THEARTE – TOWER 1, LEVEL 1 Just like a commercial movie theatre! It can be booked in 2-hour increments at the SECURITY OFFICE located in Tower 3, Ground Floor opposite the Reception Desks. There is a cleaning fee
19.7 COLES SUPERMARKET – TOWER 2, GROUND FLOOR Take the elevator to the ground floor, take the exist at the top of the steps, walk 5 meters along the hallway and to your right is the Coles Supermarket
19.8 PRIVATE GUEST LOUNGE – TOWER 1 GROUND FLOOR An upmarket Guest Lounge is available that seats approximately 25 people as well as a kitchenette. This is a share Guest facility however can be booked for exclusive use for a minimal fee, at the Security Office. To access pass your hand over the keypad, press 1234 and again 1234 then # in quick succession.
20.0 HOUSE RULES- Please!! NO Parties, NO Smoking & NO Pets. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise. Quite Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM.
