INTRODUCTION The Chevron Renaissance is only managed by MANTRA. However, there are Mantra signs everywhere. The complex has THREE “Sky Towers” SKYTOWER 3- Ground Floor is the main Reception SKYTOWER 2- Level 5 is where Apartment 2054 is located SKYTOWER 1- Guest Lounge & Movie Theatre
2.0 TRANSPORT OPTIONS If you are arriving into the Gold Coast from (Coolangatta Airport) and not picking up a car, the airport is 26 kms to the apartment, an economical way to get there is by SkyBus www.skybus.com.au/gold-coast-airport-shuttle/fares/

3.0 CHECK-IN TIMES ARE Mon- Sat 3Pm until 7.30PM The News Agency (Key pick up location) closes at 7.30pm
4.0 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Chevron Renaissance is a huge complex, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!! Please go to your booking and 1. Click on the pic 2. Go to Guest Resources 3. Go to Check-In Instructions 4. Click on Commence Check-In Chevron Renaissance is a large complex, you will get lost if you don't go to Check-In Instructions
5.0 SELF CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS 5.1 Drive to Coles Surfers Paradise Car Park (Good for 2 hours free) and take the stairs or elevator up one floor to the Coles Supermarket. In front of Coles is a News Agency. The Air BnB Account holder should present ID (Drivers Lic) and they will provide you with TWO sets of Keys/Fobs and a White Car Park Card
5.2 Drive out of the Coles Car Park using the LEFT Lane and turn hard left at the Traffic Lights and a few meters along turn into the Lane way that takes you to the Mantra Chevron Car Park Entry (TO SEE A PIC - GO TO GUEST RESOURCES, CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS)
5.3 Drive up the entry incline, turn left at the round about and 10 meters on LEFT HAND SIDE is the Car Park Entry. The Reader is ON THE ROOF so ensure the White Car Park Card has full exposure.
5.4. At the top of the incline TURN A VERY SHARP LEFT You are now on the 2nd Floor
5.5 Drive straight to the back wall, then turn left. Your allocated car park number is 341. The Apartment number and Car Park number are painted on the wall
5.6 Enter the 2nd Floor, Resort Foyer and Take the Elevator to the FIFTH FLOOR
5.7 Following the hallway to Apartment 2054 and use the Key to access
6. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Early Check-In can only be achieved by booking the night prior
7. CHECK-OUT IS 10AM Check out time is SHARP as the Cleaners will be there and they charge waiting time of $30 per 15 minutes of waiting time
8. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage storage can be access to the left of Reception (Tower 3) DO NOT SPEAK TO THE MANTRA RECEPTION STAFF AS THEY ONLY SERVE MANTRA GUESTS
9. PEDESTRIAN-ACCESS
9.1 STREET ENTRY: Tower 2 can be accessed from Ferny Avenue. The main Glass Doors are currently under reconstruction however there is now a single door that is open and doesn’t require a Key or Fob. This entry provides direct access into the lobby lifts. Take the Lift to Level 5 and access Apartment 2054
10.0 ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT……..
10.1 FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION (TOWER 1) Take the Foyer/Reception Elevators to Level 3 and walk the Sky Walk hallway to Tower 2. Then you take the Tower 2 Elevator to Level 5 and enter Apartment 2054
10.2 FROM THE ALLOCATED CAR PARK Take the Elevator to Level 5, exit the lift and turn right and following the hallway to Apartment 2054
11.0 PARKING OPTIONS
11.1 ALLOCATED CAR PARK- 24/7 FIRSTLY, you must already have the WHITE KEY CARD
Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About go left and on your left-hand side is the Roller Door Entry to the Residents Car Park. YOU MUST DISPLAY THE ‘WHITE KEY CARD’ ON YOUR DASHBOARD for the Roller Door to open.
Then drive up one floor and immediately make a SHARP LEFT turn. Then….Drive straight ahead to the back wall, at the back wall turn left. On your RIGHT, hard against the wall is your allocated Car Park 341.
11.2 CHECK-IN PARKING- 30 MINUTES Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About GO left and immediately on your left is 30-minute Check-In parking
11.3 VISITOR PARKING- 5 HOURS Drive into the Chevron Main Entrance, up to the internal Round About go left at the Roundabout then straight ahead is the entry to the Visitors Car Park Visitor Parking can only be accessed by when you buzz the Apartment (Press 2054 Bell) and someone in the Apartment responds to the buzzer by pushing the blue button which opens the Visitor Car Park Gate
11.4 EXTRA CAR PARK SPACES The Apartment has ONE allocated Car Parking Space however you can book additional car parks
Go to www.secureparking.com.au and click on Chevron Renaissance, This carpark is in the same building! and starts from only $7 for overnight parking then you have visitor parking for 5 hours for free

12.0 DEPARTURE: 12.1 Pack the Car with ALL your belongings 12.2 DOUBLE CHECK the Apartment so that you don’t leave anything behind 12.3 RETURN THE 2 X FOB/KEY SETS and THE WHITE KEY CARD TO THE NEWS AGENCY IN FRONT OF COLES (Same place you got them from)
12.4 Please leave the Apartment - In a tidy manner as you found it - Ensure that all bins have been emptied - That all dishes are done and PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DEPART BY 10 AM
13. BED CONFIGURATION Master Bedroom provides one King size bed 2nd Bedroom provides one Queen size bed 3rd Bedroom provides two single beds The Lounge provides a Sofa Bed (with 4inch mattress) sleeps 2 Maximum number of persons sleeping in the Apartment is EIGHT (8) Upon request we can also provide a Portacot and/or a Highchair
14.0 LINEN All beds are triple sheeted with high quality sheets, a Quilt/Doona, a standard pillow & a European Pillow & cushions including the Sofa Bed Each Bathroom has a one Bathmat Each guest has one bath towel The Kitchen has one tea towel The Apartment has a Washing Machine and Dryer for your convenience
15.0 APARTMENT FEATURES 15.1 The Master Bedroom has bedside tables, lamps, a Smart TV & mirrored Wardrobe 15.2 The 2nd Bedroom has bedside tables, lamps, built in Wardrobe and a Chest of drawers with a mirror above 15.3 The 3rd Bedroom, has a bedside table, LED Lamp and a Chest of Draws 15.3 The Lounge has two Sofas which seats 4-5 people, a coffee table, two floor lamps and a Wall Mounted TV 15.4 The Balcony has seating for FOUR (4) people and can be accessed from the Lounge and Master Bedroom
16.0 UTILITIES 16.1 Bathroom, there is a main bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity 16.2 The second Bathroom has a Shower & Vanity and also houses the Laundry 16.3 Laundry Facilities; Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board 16.4 Kitchen-Has a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster & Kettle etc 16.5 FREE TO AIR TV, & NETFLIX. The TV is connected to the internet, with a Netflix Account installed for your use 16.6 INTERNET- The Username and Password is printed on the Welcome note 16.7 Air Conditioning, the control Panel is on the hallway wall. When you are not in the Apartment please turn it off (If you are cold, use the reverse cycle feature for HEATING
17.0 RUBBISH: 17.1 There is a rubbish bin under the kitchen sink & one in each bathroom. 17.2 In the Apartment hallway there is a cupboard with a rubbish bin inside for recyclable rubbish then beside is a glass door, open the glass door and there is a chute of small bags of rubbish. 17.3 For rubbish larger rubbish items, take them to the 4th Floor and leave them at the entry to the Car Park- this area is cleared 2-3 times a day
18.0 COMPLEX FACILITIES – LEVEL6 Inside of each Elevator is a directory of facilities on each floor
19.0 OUTDOOR POOL AND SPA- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several Pool areas, one has a sandy beach and as a feature there is a bridge over the pool. At one end of the Pool area there is a large Spa.
19.1 BBQ FACILITIES- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There are several BBQ Hotplates, located around the outside pools. There are also undercover tables and chairs and a large lounge area
19.2 HEALTH & WELLNESS PAVILION- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 Located on the 6th Floor, as you enter the outside area, TURN RIGHT and follow the path to the building. The Pavilion houses; A VERY large indoor heated indoor Pool Toilets, where you walk through to Separate Men’s and Women Sauna Gym
19.3 CHILDREN PLAYGROUND- TOWER 2, LEVEL 6 There is a Children’s Playground, the same as you find at McDonalds
19.4 AMUSEMENT CENTRE- TOWER 2, LEVEL 1 The same as a Games Arcade, this room is FULL of different games, all of which take $1 coins to use. (Racing, Shooting, Dancing, Air Hockey etc)
19.5 PRIVATE MOVIE THEARTE – TOWER 1, LEVEL 1 Just like a commercial movie theatre! It can be booked in 2-hour increments at the Security Office located in Tower 3 Ground floor opposite the Mantra Reception Desks. There is a cleaning fee
19.6 COLES SUPERMARKET – TOWER 2, GROUND FLOOR Take the elevator to the ground floor, take the exist at the top of the steps, walk 5 meters along the hallway and to your right is the Coles Supermarket
19.7 PRIVATE GUEST LOUNGE – TOWER 1 GROUND FLOOR An upmarket Guest Lounge is available that seats approximately 25 people as well as a kitchenette. This is a share Guest facility however can be booked for exclusive use for a fee, through the Security Office. To access pass your hand over the keypad, press 1234 and again 1234 then # in quick succession.
20.0 HOUSE RULES- Please!! NO Parties, NO Smoking & NO Pets. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise. Quite Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM.
